Major Duties: |
(a) |
To provide administrative support for student admissions; |
(b) |
To assist in coordinating funding proposals and reports, service requirement documents and budget administration; |
(c) |
To undertake committee work in various committees and meetings; |
(d) |
To provide administrative support for different functions of the Discipline; and |
(e) |
To assist in implementing discipline projects, events and activities. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent; |
(b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant work experience at the executive level, preferably in educational institutions or public sector; |
(c) |
Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, organisation and administrative skills; |
(d) |
Good problem solving, time management and team building skills; |
(e) |
Maturity, dynamism, self-initiative, willingness to meet challenges and the ability to work independently and effectively under pressure; |
(f) |
A high level of written and spoken language proficiency in both Chinese and English, preferably including Putonghua; and |
(g) |
Preferably good IT knowledge and skills. |

(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

Shortlisted candidate will be required to take a written assessment. |

Appointees may be required to work irregular hours / outside normal office hours and/or at different work locations on a need basis. |
